Breakfast is generally served between 7.30 and 9.00 am.

Our food is sourced from local farms, with sausages and bacon from Ravensworth Grange, eggs from The Paddock at High Spen,  Bowershield, Bardon Mill or Askerton Castle, and real breads from Powburn, Zen Bakery or made at Bridge House. The organic marmalade is home-made at Bridge House.

We use fairly-traded teas and coffees.

We offer a fruit salad each morning of fresh seasonal or winter dried fruits served with Greek yogurt, organic muesli or porridge. If you are travelling with children, our American pancakes with fruit and maple syrup are particularly popular.
